Led the multidisciplinary Project Services functions for the multi-billion-dollar Lucius offshore development, coordinating cost, planning, risk, and document control. Izo and Dedo served as the primary interface between project services and management, designing custom executive-level reporting tools dynamically linked to Primavera P6 data. Through rigorous risk management and schedule integration across six wells and a 605 ft Spar facility, the project successfully achieved First Oil in January 2015.

Directed the integration of all project phases for the multi-billion-dollar Thunder Horse offshore expansion. Izo and Dedo developed a unified master schedule covering engineering, fabrication, installation, and commissioning for nine infill wells and associated subsea systems. This cross-functional coordination optimized execution sequences and mitigated execution risks, ultimately increasing well capacity and enhancing long-term field performance. 

Provided end-to-end schedule support for the Walker Ridge offshore development, featuring the first use of FPSO technology in the Gulf of Mexico. Izo and Dedo oversaw the integration of contractor subsea infrastructure schedules and managed the complex construction and installation milestones for the FPSO facility. By serving as the Primavera P6 Administrator and leading forward-looking risk analysis, the firm ensured alignment between subsea and topsides to protect critical production milestones. 

Oversaw project controls for a half-billion-dollar decommissioning initiative across six mine sites in Arizona, focused on mitigating tailings and reducing regional risk. Izo and Dedo coordinated cost and schedule performance, facilitated quantitative risk analysis workshops, and mentored project staff to ensure consistency across the portfolio. By leading the stage-gate process, the firm secured timely funding approvals and established standardized reporting frameworks for legacy assets. 

Supported Chevron’s COOP Group in the early development of offshore projects, including the Ballymore development. Izo and Dedo developed the Primavera P6 schedules from initial concept through project sanction, performing the quantitative risk analysis required for approval. Following a successful transition to the execution team, the project reached the significant milestone of First Oil in April 2025. 

Managed fully integrated project schedules for the multi-million-dollar decommissioning of non-operational offshore platforms and onshore processing plants. Izo and Dedo implemented cost-loaded schedules to enable accurate expenditure forecasting aligned with Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO) commitments. By designing a streamlined, dynamic executive dashboard, the firm provided leadership with a clear visualization of schedule performance and phase transitions. 

Directed the planning and execution of construction activities for the FORZA Steel Plant at the Port of Brownsville. Izo and Dedo developed comprehensive construction strategies and managed resource-loaded schedules to ensure strict alignment with project scope, budget, and delivery timelines. By overseeing contractor performance and facilitating communication among multidisciplinary stakeholders, the firm ensured the on-time delivery of this critical industrial facility.

Served as Project Manager and Project Controls Consultant for the multi-million dollar Kia Motors manufacturing plant. Izo and Dedo provided critical bid analysis and technical translation to ensure full alignment between international contractors and plant specifications. The firm led field operations for approximately 90 personnel, verifying construction progress for payment approvals and ensuring total compliance with global quality and safety regulations.

Directed the planning and execution of all construction phases for the Lowe’s retail store development. Izo and Dedo established master construction schedules and sophisticated progress tracking systems to streamline contractor procurement and protect project timelines. The firm maintained full financial oversight through rigorous budget monitoring and cost-to-complete analysis, authorizing contractor payments based on verified field progress to ensure complete financial transparency and project accountability.

 Assigned as Project Manager and Project Controls Lead for the U.S. Department of State’s consulate construction project. Izo and Dedo managed bid submittals and provided technical coordination between U.S.-based general contractors and local Mexican teams. The firm enforced strict compliance with U.S. government construction specifications and security requirements, leading field operations of 175 workers to ensure federal standards were met. 

Managed the delivery of a diverse portfolio of educational and commercial projects, including the ITESM EGAP Building and a network of nine shopping malls across Mexico.
