Led the multidisciplinary Project Services functions for the multi-billion-dollar Lucius offshore development, coordinating cost, planning, risk, and document control. Izo and Dedo served as the primary interface between project services and management, designing custom executive-level reporting tools dynamically linked to Primavera P6 data. Through rigorous risk management and schedule integration across six wells and a 605 ft Spar facility, the project successfully achieved First Oil in January 2015.

Directed the integration of all project phases for the multi-billion-dollar Thunder Horse offshore expansion. Izo and Dedo developed a unified master schedule covering engineering, fabrication, installation, and commissioning for nine infill wells and associated subsea systems. This cross-functional coordination optimized execution sequences and mitigated execution risks, ultimately increasing well capacity and enhancing long-term field performance.

Provided end-to-end schedule support for the Walker Ridge offshore development, featuring the first use of FPSO technology in the Gulf of Mexico. By serving as the Primavera P6 Administrator and leading forward-looking risk analysis, the firm ensured alignment between subsea and topsides to protect critical production milestones.

This optimized the execution strategy and accelerated project delivery, ensuring the project re-baseline was completed on schedule.

Shell - Friendswood

Engaged by ExxonMobil to enhance worldwide scheduling and reporting processes for the Brownfield Project Organization (BPO). The project involved the standardization of multi-million-dollar global brownfield reporting and the implementation of AI-enabled tools. By developing a Primavera P6 Visualizer summary schedule, Izo and Dedo provided management with a concise, high-level view of progress, successfully harmonizing cost and schedule practices across a global refinery portfolio.

Managed the integrated master schedule for the Shenzi North Project, a subsea development involving dual-zone smart well designs. Izo and Dedo consolidated planning inputs from all vendors and project teams to establish cross-functional logic and perform detailed schedule risk simulations. Through proactive cost monitoring and comprehensive monthly reporting for internal and external partners, the project successfully achieved First Oil in September 2023. 

BHP - Permain and Eagle Basin

Directed Planning & Scheduling governance for the multi-million dollar NAS portfolio, covering onshore shale development projects across the Permian and Eagle Ford basins. This program encompassed the full lifecycle of engineering, procurement, construction, drilling, and fracking operations. Izo and Dedo established rigorous scheduling standards and integrated contractor schedules to ensure alignment with approved baselines. By leading resource-loaded scheduling, SIMOPS identification, and cross-functional coordination, the firm significantly enhanced reporting quality and schedule governance across the entire program.
